Asap violation

Another successful week in Virginia Beach General District Court!

Probation violation wherein a client who failed the ignition interlock system 5 times is back in ASAP no jail time!

A 2nd offense DUI case and probation violation wherein the prosecutor sought jail time and the client walked away with probation only!

Any ASAP violation case presents the Court imposing a jail sentence.  That is a big worry for the client and myself! If you have an ASAP ignition interlock violation or probation violation give me a call!   I have a tremendous amount of experience in these cases!
