Not going to go deep into the background of a friend Mr. Yates has defended. It is sufficient to say my friend was indeed not guilty of the charges filed, but was left looking guilty as hell. Mr. Yates proved his innocence and all charges were dismissed. I was impressed with his professionalism and his intelligence of the Virginia Code. If I am ever in a position to need a lawyer I can trust, I will be calling Mr. Yates.
