Unfortunately, I received a summons for speeding more than 10 mph over the limit. At my first appearance I asked for a continuance to hire an attorney and made an appointment to see Mr. Yates. Feeling I could trust and confide in Mr. Yates, I retained him and follow his instructions. On the day of my court case, the charge for speeding was DISMISSED!
